Standard Dispatch: Please allow 15–20 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Peak Season Delays: During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take an additional 10–15 working days. If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly via email.
